About me....

I'm Sue - a teacher for three decades before I became a thinking coach.  I've worked with children, teenagers and adults, in classrooms and staffrooms, in SEND and safeguarding, in schools that were thriving and schools that were struggling.

A few years ago, I went through my own process of breaking and rebuilding - partly by changing my circumstances, but mainly by changing how I think.  That's the work I do now.  Not theory.  Not a framework from a slide.  Just an hour per session of real attention, no judgement, no interruption, where you get to think clearly.  Sometimes for the first time!

I've sat with Year 4's who describe their brain as a washing machine at bedtime, and with headteachers trying to bring the joy back into a school that's lost it.  Different rooms, same work: helping people find their own way back to clarity.

Based in Northumberland, working across the UK.

Put simply.....

Our thoughts directly influence our feelings and emotions.

Our feelings and emotions affect every choice and decision we make.

The choices and decisions we make determine the life we experience.

Change your thoughts, change your life......I did!

'I had been struggling to find clarity on some key issues, but Sue's supportive, non-judgemental and positive approach made it incredibly easy to open up to her.  I found her generosity of spirit and kindness created a safe space for genuine reflection.   I walked away with the mental clarity I had been searching for and couldn't believe how much my thinking shifted in such a short space of time.  The impact of the session lasted long after it ended.'
